Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our monthly snail mail subscription schedule, billing, shipping times, and address updates.

Sign-ups are open from the 1st–15th of each month. Subscriptions close on the 15th, and all mail is shipped during the third week of each month. Your mail will feature that month’s theme! Signed up after the 15th? You will receive the mail of the following month. Since this is standard snail mail, delivery times can vary. Please allow 1–4 weeks for your package to arrive depending on your location.
